Why did you join this site?
I think my sister made me join it back in like, 2002 or something, when I was visiting her at WIU. She had to show me how to use it because I didn't even own a computer at the time and had no concept on online communities.

'Deke' is from Deke Slayton, one of the original Mercury 7 astronauts. I was seriously considering changing my name to Deke, and I only didn't because I didn't want to pay for it. Nicki is my other name. The more logical one.

I don't know if it's my favorite-favorite, but the first one that caught my eye. I want to go to St. Basil's SO SO SO SO SO MUCH and I'm afraid that Kiev will be the closest I get to it. I love how warm this picture feels... especially because no one seems to know how hot it can get in Moscow.

We watched this video last night in my Darwin class, and it was so hilarious I had to share it with all of you. It's a rewriting of the first chapters of Genesis, if it had been written in today's scientific language... *Dubhghall will especially love it, I'm sure, if he hasn't already seen it.
